Returns of unopened/unused/resalable products can be requested for a refund / store credit / exchange within 30 days of purchase. Please note that we can only accept back Brighca products that were directly purchased through brighca.com
To further process with your return, please contact us with your order number for the instruction on your return. Once your return/exchange request is accepted by our team, please send your returning products back in original condition within 7 days.
After 30 days, per our return policy, we can no longer offer a refund or exchange. Partial refunds in certain circumstances may be granted at the sole discretion of the company.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send a notification email. We will also notify you whether your refund/store credit/exchange has been approved. If so, your requested method for returned items will be processed within 7 days.
Refunds will exclude the amount of any outbound shipping costs and return label fees. If you wish to use your own shipping method to send your items to us, please include your invoice or order number in your return shipment and send us a message at firstname.lastname@example.org with the tracking information.

Credit Card refunds may take up to 5-10 business days to complete depending on the bank’s processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and we are unable to influence this. PayPal refunds are available immediately.
