First, remove the clear plastic cover from the film using dry hand. One side of the film is blue and the other side is white color. The white color is the collagen side, so the white part goes to your skin.

Press the collagen film firmly on your skin especially the edge part, once the edge is sticked to your skin, you should be able to peel the blue outer part of the film easily
